AFTER SALES
LOWE DOORS undertakes the maintenance andservice of the doors he installed, resulting in them remaining at the same level as the day they were first installed. Unfortunately, there is still no mandatory maintenance as is done abroad, because the legal framework is still not clear and it is something that will change, soon.
Nevertheless the company LOWE DOORS, gives the possibility to plan BOOK SERVICE for customers who wish, with the ability to keep a history from the initial day of installation, recording in detail the visits of our technicians, the parts used and the work carried out.
Also the LOWE DOORS can repair roller shutters, garage doors and automations installed by other competing companies. In this case, the customer is charged for a visit with the result that we determine the condition of the product and then, in consultation with the customer, suggest the best way to repair it.
LOWE DOORS has a substantial stock of boards for immediateservice of the products it places. Furthermore, it cooperates with the biggest foreign and domestic houses, placing only products with an indication CE and having all the necessary certificates and guarantees.

Upon completion of the installation, the GUARANTEE is delivered by LOWE DOORS. The guarantee concerns 2 parts, the first in terms of the product and the second in terms of the quality of the services we provided to the customer. Regarding the product, the guarantees vary depending on the motor and the manufacturer. Warranties do not refer to consumable items (such as springs-wire cables) but to wear and tear caused by material failure and not misuse.
Regarding our services, our company guarantees 2 years of proper operation. This cost does not include the mileage if it greatly exceeds the distance from our headquarters in Thessaloniki.
