Technical characteristics
The PVC strip curtains are hung on a stainless, serrated track that has pre-installed support hooks.
Each strip, once cut to the desired height, is secured with rivets between two special metal plates. The first plate is pre-designed with suspension holes that perfectly match the hooks on the track, while the second plate serves as a clamp for the PVC. In this way, the installation and even the replacement of the strips is done very easily and with maximum safety.
All metal parts (shaft and plates) are made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel. Depending on the level of protection we want to achieve with the PVC curtains, the strips are alternately placed overlapping the previous one by one or two teeth.
PVC strips, depending on the thermal stress they endure, their installation area, and their application, are divided into two categories:
Classic strips, for normal temperatures. They are ideal for separating spaces in factories, industries, and warehouses.
low-temperature strips, for resilience to adverse temperatures such as -35°C. Their primary function is in refrigeration applications.
Additionally, depending on your needs, strip curtains are available in surfaces such as smooth transparent, ribbed, frosted sandblasted type, insect-repellent, or even in color options like white, grey, blue, orange.
Finally, the strips vary in size depending on the insulation percentages they provide. Their width ranges from 200mm to 300mm and the thickness of each sheet from 2mm to 3mm.
