Perforated - Slatted Security Shutters

They are made from galvanized sheet metal profiles subjected to perforation with a dense arrangement of small diameter φ 3.00mm holes, providing excellent visibility and ventilation without compromising security. The thickness of the profiles ranges from 0.8mm to 1.00mm depending on the profile and dimensions.

Perforated security shutters are suitable for shops desiring visibility combined with security, for residential use (a separate annex exists), and for spaces requiring ventilation. They are not recommended for coastal areas or locations near the sea due to increased vulnerability to corrosion caused by the perforations. Additionally, owners should ensure good interior lighting to prevent the shutter from overshadowing the store’s interior space.

Perforated profiles can be combined with solid ones if the customer desires ventilation. For example, in a garage or a store, the owner can lower the shutters, and through the perforated sheets, they can have a visual view outside without being seen from the inside if the lights are off.

LOWE D11: Wide sheet 11cm in length with thickness ranging from 0.8mm to 1.00mm

LOWE D7: Narrow sheet 7cm in length with a thickness of 0.8mm. Suitable for homes and smaller openings. Achieves a small roll diameter and therefore a small cover box.

LOWE D 65: Curved narrow sheet 6.50cm in length, with a thickness ranging
from 0.8mm to 1.00mm

LOWE D RO: Wide sheet 11cm in length, with a thickness of 0.8mm and a diamond-shaped perforation pattern.

LOWE PA: Transparent polycarbonate roller shutter. Impressive result with high security and the ability to showcase the interior of the store. Constructed from aluminum profiles 33mm in height, joined with slats of polycarbonate sheets 85mm in height. The aluminum is coated with electrostatic paint after special processing.

Perforated security shutters can be painted in any RAL and AMMOS color chosen by the customer. They can be delivered unpainted in galvanized form, or additionally, a graffiti coating can be applied by the company’s specialized workshop.
